Fourth Lesson Of Ms-Word
Page numbers: Inserts page numbers. You can format page numbers to appear at the top or bottom of the page
Break: Inserts a page, column or section break to your document
Auto text: automatically inserts frequently used text such as salutations and mailing instructions
Symbol: inserts special symbols into your document, such as non-English letters, currency symbols and mathematical figures
Footnote: Creates a numbered footnote at the current cursor
Caption: Inserts captions for graphic and table in your document
Index and tables: creates indexes and other tables such as a table of consents
Bookmark" Insert named bookmark into the document at a specified location so you can easily find Manu later on

Third Lesson For Ms-Word
Normal: shows a simple view Of the page includes horizontal ruler and shows page breaks as dotted lines
Online layout: optimizes the layout to make reading the document on-screen easier
Outline: This view shows the different heading levels that have been used in a document
Header and footer: Shows the header and footer on the screen and allows them to be created edited or deleted
Footnotes: Used to addexokabatoy notes or reference sorters within a document
Comments: show a list of any comments that have been inserted into document
Page layout: Document appears as it will print use this view to display graphics

Toolbar: presents menu off all the toolbar that are available and allows you to vie them on screen

Second Lesson of Ms-Word
Undo: undoes your last action. You can also undo or correct previous actions using this function
Repeat: your last action. If you accidentally undo and action try repeating your last action
Clear: delete selected text without copying it to the clipboard
Cut: deletes text the page and stores it on a clipboard. The text can then be inserted to another location in your document. NM; the clipboard can only hold one piece of text or image at time
Select: all an entire document including it to the clipboard
Copy: copies selected text without deleting it from your document. Pictures can also be copied
Paste: reproduces text or images that have been previously cut or copied
Paste special: provides some additional pasting options such as pasting objects
Object allows you to edit any objects (pictures media clips, graph, etc) in your document
Find: searches the document for a specicic word a phrase
Replace: search your document for a specific word or phrase you want to replace or change
Go to: allows you to move to a specific place in your document such as a page, section, footnote,

New: start a new document in a new window without quitting word.
Open: Open an existing Document, Directories and folders
Save: Save the current documents.
The save as dialoge box only appears the first time you save your document.
Close: Close the current window and document.
Save as opens the Save as dialoge box lets you save the current documents
Save as HTML: save documents in a format that is suitable for the Internet
