Third Lesson For Ms-Word

Normal: shows a simple view Of the page includes horizontal ruler and shows page breaks as dotted lines
Online layout: optimizes the layout to make reading the document on-screen easier
Outline: This view shows the different heading levels that have been used in a document
Header and footer: Shows the header and footer on the screen and allows them to be created edited or deleted
Footnotes: Used to addexokabatoy notes or reference sorters within a document
Comments: show a list of any comments that have been inserted into document
Page layout: Document appears as it will print use this view to display graphics
Header and footers
Toolbar: presents menu off all the toolbar that are available and allows you to vie them on screen
Ruler: hides or shows the screen’s rulers
Document map: shows a map or outline of your document ‘s headings to the left of the page
Full screen: Shows your document without the title bar, so more text appears on the page. Placer your mouse pointer along the top edge of the screen to view the menu bar again
Zoom: Used to make a document appear larger or smaller on the screen
